Our Programs
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For individuals who require more structured support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not need 24/7 inpatient care, our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an ideal solution. This program is designed to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care that combines psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
Our IOP offers flexible scheduling to accommodate the busy lives of our clients, allowing them to balance their commitments while receiving intensive mental health support. Clients participate in both group and individual therapy sessions, benefiting from the collective wisdom of group support and the personalized attention of one-on-one sessions. Additionally, our skill-building workshops focus on crucial areas such as stress management, emotional regulation, and effective communication, equipping clients with practical tools to enhance their mental well-being.
Virtual Outpatient Program (OP)
TeleHope’s Virtual Outpatient Program (OP) is designed for individuals managing mild to moderate mental health conditions or those transitioning from more intensive care. This program provides flexible, personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client. Our OP includes regular therapy sessions, which can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed, ensuring that clients receive consistent support.
Our holistic approach to outpatient therapy includes not only traditional talk therapy but also mindfulness practices, nutrition counseling, and exercise recommendations. We recognize the importance of involving family members in the therapeutic process and offer family therapy sessions to improve communication and support systems. This comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive well-rounded care that addresses all aspects of their mental health.

ERIN DOUMERT
I’m dedicated to helping individuals holistically heal from trauma through nervous system regulation. My journey into this transformative field has been shaped by years of learning from respected teachers and trauma experts, including Dr. Peter Levine. I believe that true healing goes beyond traditional talk therapy, as trauma is not something that can be solely thought through; it’s a response deeply rooted in your nervous system. What motivates me in my work is the impact I witness as clients regain a sense of safety within their bodies. This newfound safety allows them to experience their emotions fully and be present with themselves and those around them.
My expertise lies in helping people heal from trauma through the powerful modalities of Somatic Experiencing and Parts Work. This understanding comes from my training as a Psychedelic Integration Specialist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher (YTT), but it also stems from the healing I have found in my own journey. I am personally dedicated to my own healing and growth, going deep into my own somatic experiencing work since 2008. This commitment to my healing path deeply informs and enriches my work with clients. My connection to this work stems from my own experiences with religious and early childhood developmental trauma. I understand the complexity of the healing process, and I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to begin releasing old wounds.
